On a weekend ,it was a Saturday. I received a call from the buyer she had been searching on my HelpfulHannah.com website and found a house that had just come back on the market that day in the 19136 area and she wanted to see it.She was always so sweet she knew I was going to the pool and didn't want to ruin my day so she waited until after 5pm to call me. It was a Re/Max listing and thankfully it was Kevin OShea because it was a Saturday after 5 pm and the office was closed..Kevin being the great agent that he is returned my message gave me the lock box combo.

That was it there was the house we were looking for ! The house screamed BUY ME I HAVE BEEN WAITING for YOU! The buyers said this is the one WE WANT TO BUY..THE SELLERS WANTED TO SELL!!

Delaire Landing Torresdale Phila Pa 19114 Picnic

Delaire Landing condominiums located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114 is a gated community.It consists of many individual condo associations that form one Master association. Each individual association has their own rules & regulation and also abides by the Master Council rules and regulations.

Delaire Landing Condo #1 is an individual association within Delaire Landing Condo Community.Condo #1 is a small association and also the original sample condominiums built. Condo #1 is called the Gardens. Last year a picnic was planned to welcome new residents and to celebrate the beginning of fall.It was a great success. All residents attending brought a dish,dessert, beverage , or something that was needed for the function.It was called "Meet and Greet". It was held in the courtyard between buildings#3 -#5. A committee was formed and they did a fantastic job.

Delaire Landing Condo #1 decided to hold their "Meet and Greet" to welcome new residents this year. It was a Potluck event everyone was asked to contribute. A social committee was formed members of this committee were:

This Delaire Landing Condo was listed by Bob Sawa and sold by Hannah Williams.Both agents work at Re/Max Affiliates and are residents of Delaire Landing Condos.It was a wonderful transaction with two agents working together in complete cooperation to make it a pleasant experience.Which it was, and it should be.The title agent handled everything with ease and a smile.

Nothing there since 10/12/2009 disappeared gone ..Zapped

I must admit i have been neglecting to check my Tweets.
